(PASPARTUː) is an interdisciplinary artist collective and hybrid platform that frames the space between art and design. The project addresses the challenge of visibility for emerging creatives at the intersection of these disciplines: young artists and designers often lack a stage that highlights their individual voice while simultaneously making their work accessible to a wider audience.

The unique value of PASPARTU lies in its dual perspective: it offers creators a focused space for presentation, while enabling art-interested audiences to discover new talents and experience or acquire their work. For the first edition and exhibition, I personally conducted in-depth interviews with five featured artists, aiming to represent their perspectives, personalities, and creative voices authentically. The platform’s concept and design were developed to serve as a stage not only for these initial contributors but also for many future artists, creating a dynamic and evolving showcase. Inspired by the principle of the passepartout as a framing device, the visual identity acts as a calm, minimal structure that centers the artwork, opens new perspectives, and fosters dialogue between viewer and piece.

My approach was iterative and research-driven. Starting with interviews and in-depth conversations with the five artists, I gained insights into their creative processes, motivations, and how they wanted their work to be perceived. This informed the development of a corporate identity, editorial concept, and modular web structure that reflect both individual expression and a cohesive collective framework. The design process included wireframing, prototyping, content curation, and typographic and layout explorations. By continuously refining the design and testing it with real content, I ensured that the platform could balance clarity, artistic freedom, and accessibility. Every decision was guided by the goal of creating a flexible, scalable system that supports future artists while foregrounding the voices and works of those currently featured.

The outcome is a multi-layered platform consisting of a digital portfolio website, a virtual exhibition, and a curated print publication – together forming an integrated ecosystem that makes emerging talent visible across media. The solution provides a clear, minimal, and modular framework that foregrounds the artwork while offering intuitive navigation and space for storytelling. By integrating the artists’ own voices and personalities through the interviews, the project presents not just their work but their creative identities. This project allowed me to deepen my understanding of interdisciplinary design, concept-driven visual systems, and storytelling through design, while strengthening my skills in web design, editorial design, and exhibition thinking. Most importantly, I learned how to create frameworks that amplify others’ creativity, establishing a living platform for connection, discovery, and collaborative growth.

Beyond the printed publication, the project extends into a digital space through a hybrid website that mirrors the concept of “ground” — both as a physical place and as a cultural foundation. The virtual exhibition allows visitors to navigate the collective’s work in a spatial, immersive way, translating the idea of shared artistic ground into an interactive experience. Serving as both archive and stage, the website connects print, space, and digital storytelling, offering access to the collective’s stories and artworks regardless of physical location.
